Hello guys.Doctor Blake here.Apple products cost a lot.Even after we buy them,we have to pay for apps which not many of us are ready to do.Jailbreaking solves that problem.So I have prepared this guide on how to jailbreak even the most stubborn phones.Doing so will void your warranty.But your phone will be perfect.The easiest of the methods is the last one but it only supports ios 4.0 and below and for the ipad 4.3.3
1.Jailbreaking using Redsn0w
Step 1:
Download Redsn0w -Windows or Redsn0w-Macintosh whichever your OS is. This is the first screen that you get once you run the installation file.Select your corresponding firmware.If you are using an iPhone 4, version 4.1 to 4.2.6 is not supported and 4.3 is not supported too.If you are using these versions,scroll down.For the 3GS,redsn0w does not support ios 4.1 to 4.3
Step 2:
Check the box that says "Install Cydia".You can change the boot logo after you install Cydia
Step 3:
Make sure your device is off and plugged in to the computer.If it is not off,plug it in and hold the power button and follow the remaining instructions.Your iPhone will be jailbroken.If you get a white icon,go to cydia ,then sources and add this repository;http://apt.saurik.com/cydia-3.7 repo.
Jailbreaking using Greenp0ison
Step 1:
Download GreenP0ison-Windows or GreenP0ison-Macintosh.Followthe instructions on the first page and you get this screen.I think the instructions are flawed-I am not sure.They may not be flawed too.But try the instructions here or modify them if they don't work.You may fail many times because jailbreaking isn't an easy process.Greenp0ison supports ios 4.1 to 4.2.6 for the iPhone 4.For the 3GS,4.1 to 4.2.1 is supported
3.Jailbreaking using sn0wbreeze
I can't really write a guide on this because the software you download depends on your firmware.Google "Sn0wbreeze-YOUR FIRMWARE HERE".Replace the text in the double codes with your firmware and download.
4.Jailbreaking using jailbreakme.com
This is by far the easiest method.Go to this site on your iphone/ipad/ipod touch.The site will do the rest of the work.
