Health Guide: for you and for your comp.

Hello again.

On behalf of Dr. Blake I want to say something very important!
Its about the health of your computer and its processing, what happens to it
as time passes by..>..>..>..>..>

Well if your comp's at least a year old, has it got a little less speed compared to how
it used to be when you first set it up? Yeah. Why? Because as time passes by we update
our computer with latest softwares, drivers, apps, and many more things (including viruses! :P)

Well then there's a question that arises out of common sense...don't you think that when
your computer's "old", don't you think it should get more rest than before? Exactly. For a
better life for your computer, treat it like a human. Don't overuse it, keep it running all night
long. remember your comp also gets old along with you. That's why they get faulty after many
years, they always do (unless you are super rich and keep updated on latest hardwares and drivers
plus you take extra special care of your comp as if its your own baby).

So remember, the next time your computer "yawns" (hangs up), know that it needs a nap.
Shut it down (don't hibernite, that still keeps it partly running) and give it some rest and start it again.

Understand the value of what you have. All your technical knowledge are of no use if you don't have
this utmost necessary thing with yourself!!! :)
